2017-2018 Registration Procedures:
  1. Jr. Kindergarten: Students must turn 5 years old by May 31st of the school year you are enrolling in. (Approximately 4 years/3 months old in September of that school year.) Please call the office for more information about this requirement.
    • Parents that have a student enrolled at Harvest Christian School will have priority enrollment for their Jr. Kindergarten student as long as they complete the enrollment paperwork no later than the last day of the current school year, and there is space available.
  2. Kindergarten: Students must be 5 years old by September. Please call for more information about this requirement.
    • If your child turns 5 years old in October, and there is space available, we will allow your child to have a Student Placement Evaluation to determine if they qualify for Kindergarten.
  3. H.C.S. utilizes an online registration process that allows you to enroll your child.
  4. To begin the process, please click on the Begin Registration button at the bottom of this page.
  5. To complete your child's registration and save their spot at H.C.S., the registration fee must be paid in full and Financial/Spiritual Agreement completed. Please stop by the School Office to complete this step. (Bring all documents listed below as needed.) We accept all payments except credit cards. No spot can be saved without completing this step.

    • All new students being enrolled, bring immunization records when paying the registration and testing fee.
    • Jr. K and Kindergarten, please bring a certified copy of child's Birth Certificate.
    • 1st grade students need to download and complete the Health Examination for School Entry form.
    • 1st - 6th grade students, please bring a copy of their latest report card and SAT test (if taken).
  6. There are some documents that will need to be printed and completed by you or others as part of the registration process. Please turn in these documents within 2 weeks of completing the Online Registration.
  7. Upon completion of the Online Registration, fee payment, Financial/Spiritual Agreement completed, and needed documents received, a Student Placement Evaluation, along with a Family Meet and Greet. At least one parent and the student are required to attend the Meet and Greet. Student Placement will be determined by the School Administration after this process has been completed.

Note: In order for a child to attend Harvest Christian School, one parent must be a Christian and the parent and student must be in regular attendance at a local Bible teaching church.

*Registration Fees include iPad use, curriculum, transportation fees for field trips, and yearbook for each student enrolled. It also includes Starter Packs for Jr. K-1st, Whisper Phones for K-2nd, Flutophone for 3rd grade, and Reminder Binders for 4th- 6th grade students.
