Visitor Center
Welcome to Harvest! Whether this is your first time at Harvest, or you have been here before, we want to make it clear to you that you are welcome and you are loved! At Harvest, our mission is to "know God and make Him known." To that end, we place emphasis on the study of God's Word and the proclamation of the gospel message—that Jesus Christ died to save us from our sins and He offers us the free gift of eternal life. We are committed to helping people come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior, and to walk alongside them as they grow and mature into healthy and productive followers of Christ.
Your First Visit
What can you expect to see and experience when you visit Harvest?
Atmosphere
At Harvest, you will experience friendly people, cutting-edge worship music, and relevant messages, in a comfortable environment. We want to make you feel as welcome as possible. If you would like to view a past service for an indication of what to expect, you can do so by visiting our webcast archives.
A Typical Service
Services begin with an announcement video to let you know what is happening around Harvest. This video is followed by two or three worship songs, and then a prayer or Bible reading by one of our pastors. An offering is then received. (As a visitor you will not be asked or expected to give an offering. You are our guest!) After another song or two, Pastor Greg (or a guest speaker) will give a message designed to help you apply biblical principles to everyday life. This message will be about 45-50 minutes in length. At the end of the message there will be a closing song. You are welcome to talk to or pray with one of our pastors or staff after the service.
How to Dress
We invite you to dress casually and comfortably. You'll fit right in. After all, the Bible tells us that God is more concerned with our hearts than He is with how we dress or look (1 Samuel 16:7).
What Harvest Believes
At Harvest, our mission statement is "Knowing God and making Him known." We are committed to bringing people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, assisting them to maturity in the Christian faith, and equipping all believers to share the gospel message with as many as will listen. For more on what we believe, view our Statement of Faith.
