Harvest Online may use data in links that enables us to track whether these links have been followed. We use this information to determine popular content and to track aggregate information on how users navigate our site. We also sometimes link to third-party websites that we think might be valuable for your convenience, but we don't control—nor are we responsible for—the accuracy, content, or advertising of these sites.
Analytics / Reporting
When you access Harvest Online, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit any website. This may include information such as your IP address, browser type and version, language, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. This information is only used for aggregate statistics and to determine trends, and not to uniquely identify individual users.
We also use third-party tools like Google Analytics to collect aggregate information to help us understand how people use the site and how we can improve your experience. This sometimes includes demographics through Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, which we promise not to combine with any personally identifiable information you provide to us. We may also use Remarketing with existing ads on other websites to let you know about new content or services we offer. You can manage your preferences or opt-out of any or all of this tracking at any time using Google's Ad Settings.
Personal information obtained by Harvest Online will not be sold, leased, given, or have access allowed to any outside company or organization except as required by law or to for the operation of the site (e.g. analytics or website hosting).
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data on Harvest Online. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
We restrict access to personal information to selected Harvest employees who need to know that information in the course of their duties. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
When you send e-mails, form submissions, or other communications to Harvest Online, we may keep those communications indefinitely in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our sites. We'll always provide a clear "double opt-in" mechanism to subscribe to our e-mail lists, and won't spam non-subscribers.
