Digital Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Services Department is recruiting for a full time (40 hours per week) Digital Marketing Specialist.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the successful building, composing, and sending of all communications developed by Harvest and the Marketing Department. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time position that is will remain open until filled.
REQUIRED Skills and Abilities:
The Digital Marketing Specialist must be passionate about ministry and driven to further God’s kingdom through technology. Must possess strong computer skills and written communication skills. Must possess high levels of accuracy in typing and data management. Experience working under tight deadlines in challenging situations. Excellent team player especially when working with other departments. Excellent prioritization, organization and time management skills.DESIRED Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or similar field is preferred. 2+ years of marketing software (HubSpot or similar system) preferred. Experience in email communications and developing digital campaigns. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a benefit but not required. General knowledge of social media marketing and scheduled postings. Ability to optimize emails for deliverability. General knowledge of SEO, Email, Blogging, and Social media as it pertains to Inbound Marketing is preferred.

A Pastoral Secretary performs routine to moderately complex clerical functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining filing systems (paper and electronic) and provides information to callers. This position requires knowledge of office systems and procedures in order to effectively answer telephones, perform bookkeeping functions, use computers and operate office equipment. A Pastoral Secretary delivers results in a timely manner. He/She serves with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Harvest Christian Fellowship.
Use current software programs to create, maintain and manage data.
Maintain and update filing, inventory and mailing systems, either manually or electronically.
Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Communicate with pastors, staff and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints.
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
Compile, copy and sort file records of business transactions and other activities.
Operate office equipment, such as scanners, fax machines, paper shredders, voice mail systems and personal computers or laptops.
Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence and prepare outgoing mail.
Complete forms in accordance with Harvest policies and procedures.
Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
Provide information to supervisors and other staff members.

Candidates must have at least one year of prior advanced level Clerical/Secretarial/Administrative Assistant experience.
