Check in using your
e-ticket. Sit wherever you like in the stands, but be sure to do the follow-up in your assigned section of the follow-up area.
Do not approach or speak to those responding until Pastor Greg has led them in prayer.
Pastor Greg will mention the follow-up workers and the
Start! Bible you will give them. Then you will begin the follow-up process.
The Follow-Up Process:
Hand out their new Start! Bible.
Encourage the person or people to:
Read their Bibles on a daily basis.
Pray on a daily basis.
Fellowship at a good Bible-teaching church.
Share their faith.
Attempt to answer any questions they may have.
need assistance or more follow-up material, raise your hand and wait for a supervisor to come to you. Do not leave your person or group. Pastors will be available for in-depth counseling situations.
Men will follow up with men, and women will follow up with women. Couples and families can be followed up with by men or women. Someone of your gender must be in your group.
nothing is to be handed out other than the Start! Bible you give them or the "Ben Born Again" booklet.
Fill out every line on the information card; you will turn in Cards are located in the front of each Bible. both copies. Please print clearly. Attempt to find the name of the church they attend, or the name of the church of the person who invited them. Pray with the person or group as you end the follow-up process.
Drop both copies of the cards into the drop box as you leave the follow-up area. Leave all unused Start! Bibles in the box as you leave.
Parking: Parking fee is $15. Park near Gate 5, located by right field, first-base side.
Check-in time: 2:30 P.M.–4:00 P.M. Allow extra time for traffic.
What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing and shoes (no sandals). Be modest in your dress. Red usher T-shirts will be available for $5 at the check-in area if you do not have one already. Should you choose not to purchase an usher T-shirt, please wear a red shirt to match the rest of your team.
Instruction: Please listen and pay close attention to your supervisor and/or captain, as you will be instructed on how to serve within the section you are assigned to.
Responsibility: Serving people with joy and a smile by: ushering them into their seats, giving helpful information when needed, assisting those that need attention, serving in the offering, directing traffic during the altar call, cleaning up your section by picking up trash, and recuperating lost items.
After parking at the stadium, please enter through
GATE 4 with the general public. Walk toward the concourse and go left until you reach the prayer check-in table across from the Angel Store. After signing in, prayer intercessors will receive a name tag and be escorted to the Prayer Room. Your family may continue straight into the stadium to find seating for the evening.
The Prayer Room format will include worship, devotion, and Spirit-led prayer during the event. The prayer meeting will take a brief recess before Pastor Greg gives the invitation, so those who also volunteered to serve on the field will have time to get to their posts.
check-in will begin at 5:00 each night (gates will open to the general public at 5:00 P.M. P.M. and the crusade begins at 7:00 P.M.). Please be prompt. Our team will remain at the table for those who are unable to make the check-in time due to traffic or other unexpected delays.
Our Merch Booth volunteers serve the Lord by serving others. Serving in a Merch Booth is joyful, social, fast-paced, and rewarding!

Our Merch Booths serve as on opportunity to connect people with resources that can change their lives. In addition, all of the proceeds received from the Merch Booths help pay for the
Start! Bibles given to new believers and help offset other expenses of the event.
Specifically, Merch Booth volunteers serve others by selling product at each event. They help set up the booths, display the products, answer questions, use a computer to process the sale, and close down the booth when the event is over.
When you check in at the event you will be assigned to a specific booth. Each booth has a lead volunteer called a Merch Booth Coordinator. The coordinator will provide you with a free shirt as a uniform, will provide you with basic training, and will be your "go to" person for any questions you have. They will also give you a generous discount off of any merchandise you'd like to buy from the booth—just a small way of saying "Thank you!" for serving.
When you arrive at the stadium, drive toward the right-field first-base line; we meet there. The Angels sign (the Big A) is on that side. Look for the semi trucks. Park and then sign in at the table on the sidewalk.
At times the work may slow down, but we ask for your patience in waiting for it to pick up (use that time to get to know others). Please know that any time you can give is very helpful. Many hands lighten the load, even if it is only for a few hours! As we approach this event, please pray for every detail of the set-up, how the Lord will use you, and the safety of each volunteer.
