- $50.00 non-refundable deposit will hold your reservation. Oniline registration requires payment in full.
- Separate deposit must accompany each card. If you are paying by cash, please have the exact amount for each individual registration.

- Refunds (minus the $50.00 deposit) will be honored with a cancellation notification on or before February 23, 2009.
When to arrive:
- Check-in will begin Friday at 4:00 P.M. in the main lobby of the conference center.
- Dinner on Friday begins at 7:00 P.M.
What to bring:
- Your Bible, a pen, and a prepared heart.
- Comfortable shoes (you will be walking distances); casual clothing; jacket or sweater; swimsuit (modest one-piece only); personal items
Recreational activities at the resort include:
- Large swimming pool and Jacuzzi (fed by the hot mineral springs)
- Twelve (12) tennis courts
- Basketball and sand volleyball courts
- Fully-stocked Christian bookstore and library
- Overflowing Cup Coffee House features a full menu of coffees, teas, snacks, fruit, pastries, ice cream, and smoothies in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
