lesson 6, pursuing God: in step with the psalms

    Psalm 100:4 says, “Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.”

    For what kinds of things should God’s people be thankful? For what are you grateful?

      I am very grateful to God that I am alive, filled with His spirit and still born again. I thank Him for the grace of salvation and for having sustained me in His presence and glory. I thank God that I can smile today. How wonderful and peculiar I am made in His own image. My Heavenly Father deserves praise for He has preserved my incoming and outgoing for 37 years today. I can still breath, walk, see, feel, touch and it’s all God’s work. I thank and praise Him. I thank Him for all He has done for me, for all He is doing in me, and still promises to do in the future. He deserves praise.

    I’m grateful I have seen His works and remember them in my life. I see many sad people walking the earth not believing that God made us, not attributing His works to Him.
