Important Note: Registration fees do not include hotel accommodations. A list of hotels offering group rates is available here. Limited shuttle service between Harvest and the four contracted hotels is available.

| Cancellation Policy |
Should you need to cancel your reservation for the Preach the Word Conference:

Cancellations received on or before November 1, 2008 will incur a $50 fee for general registrations and a $25 fee for spouse registrations.

Cancellations received from November 1–16, 2008 will incur a $200 fee for general registrations and a $150 fee for spouse registrations.
-
For cancellations received after Sunday, November 16, 2008, all monies are non-refundable.
