Praise Reports and Feedback

"My son eleven was amazed and praised God. Would you send him a new believer's Bible please. He is a new believer. Thanks." -- TB

"The Harvest Crusade was impressive! I was so thrilled to see that our beautiful local stadium was being used in such an uplifting way for the thousands who attended to learn about our Lord Jesus Christ. As a Christian, watching on the Web, I was humbled when Greg said that if you deny Christ to others, He will deny you to His Father God and the angels. Although I don't deny Christ verbally in any way, I think that the message made me realize that I sometimes deny Christ through certain "Un-Christian" actions. I had become somewhat of a lukewarm Christian; however, after hearing the message tonight, I am rededicating myself to live for Christ." -- CS

"What a blessing it was not to be able to get in tonight. Smiley! My husband and I were at the front of the gate among those turned away by the fire marshals. As we stood on the hill in the over-flow area and watched as all the people went forward to make a commitment to Christ and later found out our daughter was among those who rededicated her life we were so glad that we gave up our spot on the inside for one that came to know our wonderful Lord tonight. Also the Lord was working in a mighty way in our family even in the pre-event rally, as God used Pastor Greg and Franklin to speak to my husbands heart and bring about a mighty change. Our God showed us once more tonight how awesome He truly is." -- DB

"Last evening I attended the crusade in Hickory while tonight I watched from home on my computer. I have been a Christian for the past 6 years and I have been so thankful to God for His gift of eternal life. I thank the Lord for what He has done through Greg Laurie. The reason I mentioned that I was at the crusade last night is that some unbelieving neighbors came to know the Lord in a personal way. I do not know them very well, but now, by the grace of God, we are family and have common ground. Thank you for providing the opportunity for us Christians to invite others to such an event. Sometimes it takes a crusade for someone's heart to be softened to the Gospel. I thank the Lord for the Harvest." -- SC

"I want to thank Greg and his church for sending the Harvest crusade to Hickory. I teach at a school in Lincoln county which is a 45 min. drive from the stadium. We prayed that this crusade would touch our students lives. I saw many of our kids there and several went forward. I'll find out the impact later on. I was a member of the prayer team and we have prayed for months. Now I see the results. Our chruches, and pastors are united in their efforts to win souls for Christ. We are much more active in our witnessing because so many more people have been trained to witness. This is a very religous area and hard to spread the gospel in. But, God is working among our young people which was evidenced by Saturday's huge turnout! Praise God! Please come back." -- BH

"Praise Jesus!! It was awesome to be able to log into something like this. I really appreciate Harvest and Pastor Greg's insights. Truely yours is a ministry ordained by God. Continue in the work!!! All Glory to Him!!" -- CF

"Looked and sounded great. Thank you for being on the web. I was on my way there last night and was struck with vertigo for the first time, and I didn't make it there. Glad I was able to be with you tonight. Thank you for what you do." -- DS

"Thanks for doing these webcasts. I was in Hickory last night with my wife and 5 month old son. I also had a free hotel night that God blessed us with so we could stay in Hickory. What an awesome God we serve, and what an awesome thing that we can use the web to broadcast the gospel. Thanks, Pastor Greg and staff" -- SG

"I am refering people on aol to the crusade through an AOL chat room in member catagory LIFE- www.harvest.org -- Praise God from whom all blessings flow... I refered one man to a Calvary in Cary NC, it was about 25 minutes from him. He watched a portion of the Crusade but was talking to me Kinda like a real time descision follow up counselor on-line. In case I failed to mention it, he did pray with me to surrender his life to Christ."

"Watching from Statesville, NC. Wish I could be there .I think pastor Greg is a great preacher."

"Thanks so much for having a live feed of the crusade! I am living right outside of Hickory, NC. I am not able to be at the Crusade tonight, but I have 2 girls there with a large youth group! Praise God for the decisions made last night and I know what God can do tonight!" -- MW

"I drove all the way from Athens, GA to see the crusade Saturday night. It was well worth the drive. I hope that someday there will be a Harvest Crusade in the state of Georgia. The Georgia Dome in Atlanta would be a very good location as would Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga." -- AH

"I watched the message on the internet and it was great. Thank you and God Bless your mission." -- KW

"Thanks so much for broadcasting the crusades. I was able to see the Anaheim crusade and it really touched my life. God is so good!! I listened tonight as time allowed and I just praise Almighty God for His saving power. Thanks agin and blessings to you all." -- RC

"Praise the Lord for His great work! A lot of problems though with the internet broadcast--may be my server, who knows, especially during the message and altar call, and it kept turning off. But the power of the Spirit could still be felt, and I sense that many were touched by the broadcast let alone there in Hickory. We'll be praying and watching tomorrow night!" -- TK

"Thank you Pastor Greg for going to my hometown. I live in Irvine, CA and I rededicated my life to the Lord in Costa Mesa at your Monday night Bible study. I have a special place in my heart for Hickory, NC. You see, I was born and raised there. I cried when I found out you were going to my hometown. I have so many friends and relatives who need Christ, and have been praying fervently for your ministry. I pray there will a great revival of the Holy Spirit in my hometown." -- CT

"I attended the service on Friday night. I am a Christian and attend church on a regular basis. This was the first time that I have heard Greg speak. It was the best message on the Prodigal Son that I've heard. He was an inspiration. It was great to see all of those people packed into a small place. I was unable to attend on Sat. but was told by church members that 15,000 + attended. I'm sure God is looking down and smiling at the sight. It seems that God is left out of so much this day and time. It's so good to see that people are turning to God in this time of great loss of morality and injustice in the world. We need God and he is the only one we can turn to to pull us out of the sin and distress of this world. To know that there is a much better place for us (Heaven), makes things a little easier to bear. I plan on watching the Sat. and Sun. night services on the internet. Thanks Greg for your dedication and service to God. To God give all the glory and honor. God bless you as you preach his Holy Word." -- DB

"I was so excited when I heard that the crusade was coming to Hickory. I went to two nights of the crusade in Hickory and served as a follow-up worker. What a blessing it was to work with four young children on youth night who received Christ as Savior and Lord!" -- BB

"We just attended the Hickory Crusade and it was great. I've been listening to Pastor Greg since 1994 and he has helped me through everyday. I like his head -- it reminds me of mine." -- RS

"Hey to my fellow Jesus freaks! I was blessed tonight at Harvest Jam 1999. I was one of the people standing up against the gate as the fire marshalls said no one else was allowed in, but its good to know that so many other non-believers there were able to be actually in the stadium. It was awesome being in the overflow section in the parking lot though. I had the best time praising God out there. When it came time for the invitation I was at the back and I saw so many people get up to go forward and make decisions. As I sat there and prayed silently that those who needed to would do business with God during that time, I felt such a peace come over me. God moved in a mighty way tonight and I want to thank you on behalf of everyone at Hickory tonight for making that worship time one of the best I've had. Much love to Audio A, Big Tent, Jennifer Knapp, and Greg Laurie! Thanks and God Bless," -- SC

"I think the Harvest Crusade is the greatest thing that has ever happened in this area. I was always too scared to come forward in front of alot of people and admit that I wanted Jesus to enter my life, and I thought just because I came from a long line of good Christians that made things right in the eyes of the Lord, but you hit the nail on the head, when you said different. It was like a band around my heart for years, wanting to come and ask Jesus to be my salvation, and I always felt bad that I never could come forward in public, but your message last night finally brought me forward, and I was one of the first ones out of my seat. My husband and I both rededicated our lives to Jesus, and I feel like a thousand pounds have been lifted off my shoulders." -- JB
