Who is Greg Laurie?
Greg Laurie is the senior pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California and Harvest Orange County in Irvine, California. He began his pastoral ministry at the age of 19 by leading a Bible study of 30 people.
Since then, God has transformed that small group into a church of some 15,000 people. Today, Harvest is one of the largest churches in the United States, and consistently ranks among the most influential churches in the country.
Laurie has authored several books, including the bestsellers, Hope for Hurting Hearts and Signs of the Times. Other titles include Married.Happily., Essentials, What Every Christian Needs to Know, and God's Design for Christian Dating. Laurie has also written several devotional books, including Daily Hope for Hurting Hearts, For Every Season 1–3, and the series Greatest Stories Ever Told 1–3.
His bestselling autobiography, Lost Boy, was released in June 2008. The accompanying documentary film, Lost Boy: The Next Chapter, has won eight awards at film festivals around the world.
He has written study notes for the recently released Start! Bible from Thomas Nelson publishers, in the New King James Version, as well as for two Bibles in the New Living Translation: New Believer's Bible and The Seeker's Bible. His books have been translated into many languages, including Korean, Latvian, Portuguese, German, and Spanish.
He has been married to Cathe Laurie for 37 years and they have two sons, Christopher and Jonathan, and four grandchildren.

In 1990, Laurie began holding large-scale public evangelistic events through Harvest Ministries. Since then, more 4,744,000 people have attended Harvest events around the United States, and in Australia and New Zealand.
