Pamela has beautiful feet. She is the kind of person that we just love. She first came to a Harvest Crusade about 4 years ago where she rededicated her life to the Lord. Since then, she just keeps coming back. But she doesn’t come back alone. She brings someone. First it was her husband, Joe, and then she brought her sister-in-law, and this year all three of them brought Ismael, Pamela’s nephew. This was Ismael’s first Harvest Crusade. He was excited to go and experience what his family had experienced. He really enjoyed the music and was “wowed” by all the people. When Pastor Greg gave the invitation to go down, Ismael was ready to take that first step in getting his heart right with the Lord, by rededicating his life. They all headed down to the field and as I walked up to them, they were beaming as they told me about their experience, and they were already excited to head to LA for the next crusade!
It’s great if you just come, but you know someone that you could bring—someone who doesn’t know the Lord. It may be an uncomfortable invitation, but “How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!’” (Romans 10:14-15).
That’s a big job, but we’ve already got most of it covered for you. All you have to do is bring. Take a look down; how beautiful are your feet?
