IMPACT Rallies

The IMPACT Rallies are designed to inspire and equip new and mature believers alike, as we prepare for Harvest 09.

Each person will learn to discover their God-given gifts and be challenged to put them to use in their local church, with a focus on how to be more effective at bringing others to faith.

There is no charge to attend these events.

Those who attend one of these Rallies will be given the opportunity to serve as a Decision Follow-Up Worker or an Usher at Harvest 09.

Impact Class Instructors

Steve Noble



Steve Noble is the founder of Called2Action, a grassroots organization that seeks to defend Christian values. C2A has worked with organizations like Focus on the Family, The Family Research Council, American Family Association, and the creative team behind the films Fireproof and Facing The Giants.

Steve is also the host of C2A This Week, a talk show broadcast in North Carolina and on Sirius Satellite Radio. He also runs a house painting company and is working on a Master’s Degree in Christian Ethics. Steve is married to Gina and lives in Raleigh, N.C., where they are raising four children.


Steve Wilburn



Steve has been the high school pastor at Harvest Christian Fellowship since 1997. He has great energy and zeal for the Word of God and for evangelism.

He also oversees the SWAT team (Students With A Testimony), a group of students and youth trained in street evangelism; the G3 program, which trains young people to share their faith boldly; and teaches at Harvest Christian Fellowship’s Day7 Sunday night service.

Steve and his wife Laurie have four children and four grandchildren.
