How much does it cost to attend Southern California Harvest 09?

There is no cost to attend Southern California Harvest 09. Anaheim Stadium does charge $10 per car and $20 per bus for parking.

How do I get tickets?

No tickets are needed. All seating will be first come, first served.

What time do the gates open for seating?

On Friday and Saturday, the gates will open at 5:30 P.M. On Sunday, the gates will open at 4:30 P.M.

What time will the event end?

The event will end at approximately 9:15 P.M. on Friday and Saturday and approximately 8:15 P.M. on Sunday.

Can I bring food or drinks into the stadium?

You can bring one bottle of water per person into the stadium. No other outside food or drinks are permitted.

Will food be available for sale inside the stadium?

Yes, concession stands will be open until Greg Laurie speaks. Alcohol will not be available.

Can I reserve or save seats?

No; seating is first-come, first-served.

Is there handicap seating?

Yes, handicap and wheelchair seating is available along the Concourse. You should enter the venue through gate 2 and you will be escorted to the nearest available seating area.

Is there bus transportation?

We do not provide bus transportation. We do suggest that you check with your local church, as they may offer bus service.

Where and when do I enter if I'm a trained usher?

Trained ushers should check in at the Employee Entrance facing the Amtrak train station near the Katella entrance. Check-in times are as follows:

Friday and Saturday
Captains: 3:00 P.M.
Supervisors: 3:30 P.M.
Ushers: 4:30 P.M.
Sunday
Captains: 2:00 P.M.
Supervisors: 2:30 P.M.
Ushers: 3:30 P.M.

Where and when do I enter if I'm a trained Decision Follow-Up Worker?

The Decision Follow-Up Worker check-in is located just inside of Gates 1, 4, and 6. You will enter the stadium at the same time as the general public up to the start time of the event.

Where and when do I enter if I'm a trained field supervisor?

Field supervisor check-in is located inside of Gate 4. Go to the "Supervisor" line at the Decision Follow-up worker tables. You may enter the stadium at the same time as the general public up to the start time of the event.

How do I train to be an usher or Follow-Up Worker?

Can I be a vendor at the event?

There are no outside vendors permitted at Harvest 09, other than participating musical guests and participating radio stations.

Will the event be webcast?

Yes, there will be a live broadcast of the event each night that you can watch on your computer over the Internet. Each night's webcast will also be archived for viewing any time.
