How much does it cost to attend Harvest 08?

There is no cost to attend Harvest 08. However, Wachovia Center does charge a fee for parking: $12 for cars and $20 for buses.

How do I get tickets?

No tickets are needed for admission. All seating will be first come, first served.

What time do the doors open?

Doors will open at 6:00 P.M. each night.

What time will the event begin and end?

The event will begin at 7:30 P.M.
The event will end at approximately 9:30 P.M.

Can I bring food or drinks into the arena?

You can bring one bottle of water per person into the arena. No other food or drinks are permitted.

Will food be available for sale inside the arena?

Yes, concession stands will be open inside the venue.

Can I reserve or save seats?

No, seating is first come, first served.

Is there handicap seating?

Yes, handicap and wheelchair seating is available. Please ask an usher or staff member to direct you when you enter the venue.

Is there bus transportation?

We do not provide bus transportation. Please check with your local church to see if it is offering a shuttle service, or contact your local public transportation authority.

How do I train to be an Usher or Decision Follow-up Worker?

All you need to do is attend the three week Impact classes, and you will be eligible to volunteer in either of these roles. Either way, you'll be encouraged in your walk with Christ and better equipped to share your faith with others.

Can I be a vendor at the event?

There are no outside vendors permitted at Harvest 08 other than participating musical guests and participating radio stations.
