Steven Curtis Chapman:
Chapman began his singing/songwriting career in 1987 with an amazing degree of instant success. He has recorded 15 albums, recorded 43 number one hits, and sold over 10 million records. The music industry has recognized Chapman for his talents with five Grammy Awards, 10 Grammy Award nominations, and American Music Award, and 49 Dove Awards—more than any other artist to date. He released his most recent recording, All Things New, in September 2004, and is currently working on a new Christmas album that will release in 2006.
Audio Adrenaline:
This Dove Award-winning five-man band has realized tremendous success since its days of playing in a Kentucky garage. Featured in Rolling Stone and nominated for four Grammy Awards and four Billboard Music Awards, Audio Adrenaline blends straightforward rock ‘n’ roll with driving vocals. The band was recently awarded their second Grammy award for their latest album, Until My Heart Caves In.
The Katinas:
Known as the Katinas, Samoa-born brothers Sam, Joe, Jesse, John, and James have been singing together since birth, encouraged by their musician father. Showcasing tight vocal harmonies and mastery of a myriad of instruments, the Katinas offer a smooth sound that spans genres including Motown, urban hip-hop, neo-soul, and islands-influenced pop. Winners of one Dove Award and two ASCAP Awards, the Katinas will release their latest album, Timeless, in 2006.
Satellite:
"Take a collective of talented musicians and add a passion to create a meaningful praise and worship experience... now you're on your way to experiencing a taste of what Satellite really is..." Hailing from Christchurch, NZ Satellite (named after the release of their 3rd album of the same name) started out with a vision to write relevant music that catered for (but was certainly not limited to) a youth audience for a local youth camp. Now after releasing 4 albums and numerous EP's Satellite's passion seems to be burning brighter still and they're always finding ways to stay relevant to those whom they're trying to speak to.
