  CRUSADE TESTIMONIES

Someone shared Jesus with Christy while she was in prison. As soon as she just got out of prison she found herself quickly wandering away—so she came tonight commit her life and her children to the Lord. Three of her five children also received Jesus tonight!

As a young girl my patents divorced and I grew up not knowing much about God. Eventually my mother accepted Christ but my step father hated the fact that we went to church. I thought that I was living with the devil. He then started abusing my mom. I felt so sad, confused and depressed... and did not know what to do. I became more and more rebellious and started doing drugs going to parties...drinking and sleeping with guys to take my mind off my personal problems. I was expelled from my school during my sophomore year for having drugs on campus. I really didn't care. Our family did go to church occasionally, one night I prayed and asked God what did He wanted in my life. I feared God's plan for me. Then I came to the Harvest Crusade and I broke down and realized how much I needed God in my life and how much I needed Jesus to save me from my sins. I accepted Christ that night. It was a wonderful feeling and I'm so happy that I'm saved and I look forward to whatever God has planned for my future. I surrender everything to God and felt a heavy burden pulled out off my chest.

Robert had been struggling with drugs and alcohol for years. A friend had been inviting him to church for some time with no success. Finally on Friday night he accepted his invitation to come to the crusade and he received Christ.

A family attended the Crusade together on Saturday night—the entire family (10 in all) came forward to make a decision for Christ. Praise God!

Joshua was a young man questioning his eternal future. He came to the Youth Jam on Saturday with his mom and sister. After hearing Pastor Greg, Joshua knew that committing his life to God was the answer to all his questions. He and his sister both came down to the field where they prayed and gave their lives to the Lord.

It isn't unusual to see a group of teens come to the Crusade together—but these six young people live in Guatemala! They are visiting California just for the summer and came to the Crusade, where they found Jesus!

My family went to the Harvest Crusade tonight in Anahiem, it was a wonderful experience. I accepted Christ in to my life when I was in third grade. We have been attending church for the past 3 months. During this time I have been praying that my wife would come to know the lord. Well tonight my prayer was answered. Here my wife, my son and I standing on the field at Angel stadium with thousands of others accepting Christ, but for a moment it was like no one else was on that field but my family and Christ. Greg, God spoke through you and touched our lives. You have shared the gift of God with my family, and the way we repay you is by accepting Christ into our lives.

Prior to coming onto the field, a counselor asked God to put her near someone she could truly encourage. After Pastor Greg led the people in prayer, she turned to the woman standing next to her. As they talked, she found they had much in common. Here was a woman going through "the same journey I went through" six years ago. "All praise goes to God for using my past to encourage someone else's future!"

A 14 year old girl visiting from Everett, Washington came to the Crusade with friends. She gave her life to Christ and was excited to receive a Bible. She can't wait to go home and share her faith with others!

After having a drug slipped in his drink that almost killed him, L.J. called a friend he could count on. His Christian friend brought him to the Crusade, where he rededicated his life to the Lord. L.J. asks for prayer for his 3-year old brother who has cancer.
