Billy Graham Evangelistic Association broadcasts programs year-round on both Christian and secular television stations in the United States, Canada, and around the world. During these programs, a toll-free number appears on the screen, and viewers who call are eager to talk with someone about God.

The people who answer these calls are trained Billy Graham Telephone Ministry volunteers who are equipped to help callers respond to the gospel message. Telephone counselors are also able to pray and share from God's Word to those going through trials and hardships of many forms.

Prerequisites for Volunteering
Each volunteer must complete an application form and attend one of the free training sessions. Telephone volunteers must be Christians who wholeheartedly trust the Bible as God's Word and who are at least 18 years of age. Volunteers also must submit an application that is signed by a pastor or other church leader.
