Project Upgrade is a special opportunity to upgrade our outdated video projection system.
This upgrade will improve image quality and eliminate expensive maintenance costs.

Now more than 10 years old, has outlived its performance
New screens and projectors are needed to accommodate our live-service feed. The new screens will considerably increase the size of the images projected in this widescreen format. In addition, new wiring and routing will improve the picture quality not only in the Sanctuary, but in all the venues across campus (The Court, The Loft, the Amphitheater, etc.)
Because our existing projectors are outdated, maintenance and repair has become increasingly expensive. Bulbs and other parts are not available and must be custom built, at a higher cost.

Purchase of new equipment will not only benefit everyone who attends services in the Sanctuary, but all of the other projectors on campus will be able to receive an upgraded signal as well. So this improvement will affect the experience of everyone who uses a screen during worship services, as well as the experiences of visitors who come to Harvest to consider the gospel message.
Why Now?
It is time to invest in some in-reach for ongoing ministry
We would like to start 2012 with the tools we need to support the effective ministry of Harvest Riverside. The longer we wait, the more expensive it becomes to service the old equipment, which does not deliver an optimal viewing experience.
The Cost
2-9,500 lumen, HD compatible, Christie Digital Projectors, and screens, to replace the existing side screens.
1-12,000 lumen, HD compatible, Christie Digital Projector, with lamps and mounting, to replace the center screen.
New routers, router controls, DA's, converters, and fiber lines to support projection campus wide.
$220,000 Total CostThe Timeframe
We will upgrade the screens and equipment as funds become available.

If 7,000 people (half of our church attendance) committed $1 per day for one month ($31 each), we would be done! Or 1,000 people giving $220 each could also take care of this need.
